Studio Booking Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, which is why we strive to be as flexible as possible with our studio booking policies. However, to ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have the following refund guidelines in place:
Refunds for Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice. You will receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in the current billing cycle. All membership cancellations are final.
Refunds for Single Session Bookings
- Bookings canceled more than 7 days in advance: Full Refund.
- Bookings canceled 3-7 days in advance: 50% Refund.
- Bookings canceled less than 3 days in advance: No Refund.
In the event that Content Craft needs to cancel a scheduled booking for any reason, we will provide a full refund or work with you to reschedule at your convenience.
Please note that no-shows or late arrivals (40+ minutes) may be subject to a 100% charge of the total booking fee, as this prevents us from accommodating other clients during that time slot.
